Hey Everybody-
Just wanted to let you know that our first interview for our homestudy went WONDERFUL! Our social worker is so sweet and easy to work with. She is very on top of things too which is a major plus. She put us at ease immediately and we enjoyed the visit. We have already set up our second visit (we only have to have two) and it is scheduled for January 2nd. After that, all we have to do is wait for our fingerprints to come back from the FBI and ABI (Alabama Bureau of Investigation). Please pray that they come back quickly. When they do come back, our homestudy will then be typed up and sent to a judge in Montgomery. There it has to be approved by the state before it is completed. Whew!! And that my friends, is only the beginning. We are excited to be spending the next week with familly and friends as we celebrate Christmas. 1 down and 1 to go. I am sure you will sail through your next interview with flying colors too. I am so glad everything is moving along smoothly and quickly. Who knows, this time next year our sweet little Allie will be here celebrating Christmas with all of us. Love you both, April
